Before You Book

We're so excited to be back! But until we can return to full capacity there's some important changes that you need to know before you come see us.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

Because of the current capacity restrictions placed on all venues by the Department of Health, we've taken the decision to start requiring prepayment of meals for all bookings, you can also pre-purchase cocktail, beer and soft drink jugs at this stage too! Single servings will still be available in venue.

When you book, you'll be required to enter your card details and will be charged via Square, a secure payment gateway. We don't see your card information at any step of this process.

Also please note that due to the current restrictions, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows or cancelled bookings at this stage. (If you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us!)

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Upon arrival at Mollie's you will be required to check in by scanning the code or visiting the web link shown on the posters. This information will be securely stored and will be destroyed after 28 days, we will only use this data upon request from the Victorian Government Department of Health and Human Services.

 

Please note that you will be required to check in every time you visit us, if you have any difficulty with this, please see a staff member!

You will also be required to undergo a temperature check before entering the venue using an infrared thermometer.
