Before You Book

We're so excited to be back! But until we can return to full capacity there's some important changes that you need to know before you come see us.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

As restrictions change, so will we. Due to current capacity restrictions and changing guidelines, we’re opening bookings for the week ahead at 9am every Monday, as well as requiring the prepayment of meals for the time being. We hope you understand.

When you book, you'll be required to enter your card details and will be charged via Square, a secure payment gateway. We don't see your card information at any step of this process.

Also please note that due to the current restrictions, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows or cancelled bookings at this stage. (If you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us!)

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Upon arrival at Mollie's you will be required to check in by scanning the code or visiting the web link shown on the posters. This information will be securely stored and will be destroyed after 28 days, we will only use this data upon request from the Victorian Government Department of Health and Human Services.

 

Please note that you will be required to check in every time you visit us, if you have any difficulty with this, please see a staff member!

You will also be required to wear a fitted face mask whilst not eating or drinking, and maintain physical distancing where possible. Thanks for your understanding.
